As mandated by TRAI, all businesses must register on a DLT portal to send promotional or transactional SMS. SoftMaji assists with guidance, but the user bears full responsibility for completing DLT approvals.
SoftMaji is not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by third-party operators, internet issues, force majeure events, regulatory actions, or system outages.
We provide services on a “best effort” basis.
We may suspend or terminate your account if suspicious activity, harmful content, or policy violations are detected.
