Refund Policy

Learn how refunds are handled for BulkSMS by SoftMaji services.

1. Refund Overview

At BulkSMS by SoftMaji™, we follow a fair and transparent refund process. However, because SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice credits are prepaid and consumed instantly, refunds are limited to specific cases only.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by the customer
  • Accidental excess payment due to technical error
  • Payment deducted but not reflected in the SoftMaji wallet
  • Service not activated due to platform malfunction (rare)

All refund requests must be initiated within 5 days of the transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

  • Used or partially used SMS/WhatsApp/Voice credits
  • DLT sender ID registration charges
  • Third-party API/Operator charges already processed
  • Top-ups or prepaid credits consumed on the platform
  • Failed deliveries caused by operator/network issues

Once a campaign or message is submitted, the credit is instantly consumed and cannot be refunded.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the same payment method used for the transaction.

Refund status will be communicated via email or support ticket.

5. Wallet/Top-up Credits

Wallet credits are prepaid and directly used for SMS routing. Once credited, they are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional cases mentioned above.

6. Operator & DLT Handling Fees

Routing charges, operator costs, and DLT fees are handled by third-party networks. These costs cannot be refunded once processed.
