Understand how service cancellations and credit reversals work at SoftMaji.

1. Cancellation Overview

At BulkSMS by SoftMaji™, we offer a straightforward cancellation process. However, because our services are prepaid and instantly consumable, certain restrictions apply.

By using our platform, you agree to the cancellation terms below.

2. Self-Cancellation

You may stop using our services or close your SoftMaji account at any time. However, unused SMS/WhatsApp/Voice credits already added to your wallet are non-refundable.

3. Service Cancellation by SoftMaji

SoftMaji reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts involved in:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Violations of TRAI, DLT, or Government regulations
  • System misuse or unauthorized API activity
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks

In such cases, no refunds or credit reversals will be issued.

4. Credit Usage & Reversal

Wallet credits, once utilized for campaigns or message submissions, cannot be reversed or restored - even if:

  • The message was sent incorrectly
  • The message was rejected due to DLT issues
  • The message was undelivered due to operator/network conditions

5. Campaign Cancellation

Once a campaign or message batch is submitted through:

  • SMS Panel
  • API
  • Excel Upload
  • WhatsApp API

credits are immediately consumed and cannot be canceled, stopped, or refunded.

6. Operator & Network Limitations

Delivery of SMS/WhatsApp messages depends heavily on operator networks and third-party systems. SoftMaji cannot cancel or reverse credits for:

  • Network congestion or operator downtime
  • Recipient phone switched off or unreachable
  • Incorrect or invalid phone numbers
  • DLT template rejection
